As I stare to those eyes
Eyes as clear as the skies
I saw an end to cries
A step to paradise.
He was just then a stranger
Funny how he’d been my soldier
My knight in his shining armor
A star sparkling in glamour.
His smile erases those frown
His laugh though looks like a clown
Cheers me up when I’m down
A new life I have found.
No matter how strong the rain
And how life would be in real vain
I know his there to ease the pain
